Last weekend, at the Stirling Library, I attended the launch of Jane Godwin, Michael Wagner and Andy Joyner’s new picture book Bear Make Den. Incredibly it has only 58 words but as they say, a picture tells a thousand words, and in Andy’s illustrations there is certainly that.
There were teddy bear biscuits to be gobbled, bears to be drawn and a birthday cake and song for the birth of the book.
A wonderful collaboration from three very talented artists.
