Have arrived safely in Ahmedabad after two train trips. The first was on the Haridwar Mail and took us to Delhi from Haridwar. We then caught the Ashram Express from Delhi to Ahmedabad and arrived this morning after an overnight trip. Some funny stories to tell at a later date about both of those trips.
We are now in our apartment where we will be staying for two weeks while I work at the Adani Vidya Mandir School here in Ahmedabad.The apartment has lounge room, bedroom, bathroom, small kitchenette and is well fitted out. We are able to eat at the dining room for all meals if we wish.
Have been for a walk around the local neighbourhood and met the future Indian Cricket Team.
Gave them a new tennis ball to play with.
Tonight and tomorrow we will do some sightseeing before going to the school onMonday.
