Before becoming a published author I would have classified myself as rather impatient.
Since being published I have learnt to have the patience of a saint!
This is why…I have just heard that my picture book The Man with Small Hair is not being released now until September 2017! and that Radio Rescue won’t be released until October 2016.
It’s all to do with marketing and illustrations being done.
So in the meantime what does one do? Just keep writing and hope that another story will be picked up by a publisher and who knows? maybe even published before September 2017…it sounds such along way away.
Luckily I am not short of ideas…it’s finding the time to write the stories…I do have a whiteboard with a list which I tick off as I have completed the story.
So…I write…and I wait!
