On Wednesday I visited Blackwood Primary School for an author talk to all of the classes over the day.
Once again the students and staff were brilliant and again the Superman prosthetic was a hit with all year levels.
The school has a beautiful, relatively new Resource Centre which is bright and colourful and a lovely space to work in.
I travelled on the Upper Sturt Road to get there and just as well I always leave lots of time because the T-junction when coming into Blackwood by the railway line is a killer! Talk about gridlock, especially at peak time in the morning. Time for a roundabout or traffic lights methinks!
